본 앱은 서비스 제공 및 향상을 위해 아래 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다. 각 서비스는 해당 사의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.

3.1 건강 데이터의 제한적 사용

Apple Health 앱 및 Google Health Connect를 통해 수집된 건강 데이터는 이용자가 동의한 서비스 기능 제공을 위해서만 사용됩니다. 해당 데이터는 광고, 마케팅, 데이터 판매 목적으로 사용되지 않으며, 이용자의 동의 없이 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다.

단, 서비스 운영에 필요한 클라우드 인프라, 데이터 보관, 보안 관리 등 업무 위탁이 발생하는 경우에는 관련 법령 및 본 개인정보처리방침의 범위 내에서 안전하게 관리합니다.

이용자가 Apple Health 앱 또는 Google Health Connect 권한을 철회하는 경우, 건강 시그널은 해당 권한 철회 이후 신규 건강 데이터 수집을 중단합니다. 이미 저장된 건강 데이터는 회원 탈퇴 시 또는 이용자의 삭제 요청 시 관련 법령 및 회사의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 삭제됩니다. 단, 관계 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 정보는 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.

이용자는 앱 내 건강 데이터 연동 화면, Apple Health 앱 설정 또는 Google Health Connect 설정에서 언제든지 건강 데이터 접근 권한을 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.

If service operation requires cloud infrastructure, data storage, security management, or similar service providers, such processing will be managed securely within the scope of applicable laws and this Privacy Policy.

If you revoke Apple Health or Google Health Connect permissions, Health Signal will stop collecting new health data through the revoked permissions. Health data that has already been stored will be deleted when you delete your account or request deletion, in accordance with applicable laws and this Privacy Policy. However, information that must be retained under applicable laws may be stored for the period required by such laws.

You can change or revoke health data access permissions at any time through the in-app health data sync screen, iOS Health settings, or Google Health Connect settings.
